1. This website

This site is published by Ellada Holdings, LLC for information. We keep it accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it carries no warranty, and nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or professional advice. Services of our operating companies are supplied under their own contracts and terms.

The content, trade marks and design of this site belong to Ellada Holdings or its licensors. You may read and share it; you may not republish it as your own, or use it commercially, without our permission. Links to other sites are for convenience and are not an endorsement.

2. Our non-public systems

Ellada Holdings operates internal systems for the administration of its own companies. They are not products: they are not offered to third parties, they have no public sign-up, and access is limited to authorised personnel of the group under individual accounts issued by us.

If you have such an account, it is personal to you. Do not share it or your credentials, use it for anything other than the group's business, or attempt to bypass any access control, approval step or audit record. Accounts may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, and are withdrawn when the reason for holding one ends.

Data held in those systems belongs to the group company it relates to. The software and its design remain ours. They are provided as they stand, without warranty, and may be changed or withdrawn.

3. Where we connect third-party services

Some of our systems connect to third-party platforms using credentials held by us as the account holder. Data retrieved that way is used solely for our own administration, is not passed to anyone else for their purposes, and is removed when the connection ends or on request. Use of those platforms remains subject to each provider's own terms. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ellada Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our systems. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to the competent court in The Hague, except where the mandatory law of another jurisdiction applies to a particular group company.
